You warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not subject to any legal disability, incapacity, or restriction that would prevent you from forming a binding contract. You agree that you are using the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes and not on behalf of any third party or for any commercial, professional, or business purpose.
While mild88 is designed primarily for Indonesian residents and operates in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), we accept players from any jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and permitted. However, you acknowledge and agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your country, state, province, or territory. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party and to immediately notify mild88 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. mild88 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you.
mild88 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our regulatory obligations, we reserve the right to request KYC documents at any time, including but not limited to:
You agree to provide these documents promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within 14 days of request may result in suspension of your Account and restriction of withdrawals until verification is complete. mild88 reserves the right to refuse service or close Accounts that fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification and settlement of any outstanding wagers. mild88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account without prior notice if we suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, abuse of bonuses, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.
mild88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit limits, and processing times are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. mild88 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees.
You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits as part of our Responsible Gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of 72 hours to protect you from impulsive decisions. Deposit limits may be decreased or removed immediately upon request. mild88 reserves the right to impose additional deposit limits or decline deposits from certain payment sources if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method, time of day, and whether your Account has completed KYC verification. VIP-tier members (Gold tier) receive priority processing with target withdrawal times under 15 minutes. Withdrawals exceeding IDR 100,000,000 in a single transaction require additional security review and may take up to 48 hours. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
To comply with Indonesian and international anti-money laundering regulations, mild88 requires that all deposits be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal. For example, if you deposit IDR 500,000, you must place at least IDR 500,000 in total wagers (win or lose) before requesting a withdrawal. This rule applies to both sports betting and casino games. Failure to meet the minimum wagering requirement will result in your withdrawal request being declined.
mild88 offers various bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, expiration dates, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and maximum bet limits. You must read and accept the specific bonus terms before claiming any offer. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only; systematic or professional bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play across multiple Accounts, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and potential Account closure.
Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "turnover" or "rollover" requirements) that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a IDR 100,000 bonus means you must place IDR 1,000,000 in total wagers before the bonus becomes withdrawable cash. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely. Only wagers placed with bonus funds count toward wagering requirements. The Platform displays your progress toward completing wagering requirements in your Account dashboard.
Bonuses typically expire 30 days after being credited to your Account unless otherwise stated. If you do not meet the wagering requirements before the expiration date, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your Balance. mild88 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming a wager. mild88 is not liable for errors in bet placement caused by User error, network issues, or device malfunction. In the event of an obvious error or "palpable error" (such as incorrect odds, incorrect event listing, or technical malfunction), mild88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund stakes. Winnings from voided bets will not be paid out.
Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body or mild88's designated statistics provider. If an event is postponed, abandoned, or canceled, bets may be voided or carried over depending on the sport and market type. Live (in-play) betting odds are updated in real-time; however, there may be short delays due to data transmission. mild88 is not responsible for losses incurred due to odds delay or platform latency.
All casino games, slot machines, and table games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined solely by the RNG and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee short-term results. mild88 is not responsible for any losses incurred during gameplay.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests can be made by contacting Customer Support. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account, place bets, or receive promotional communications. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period and cannot be lifted early. For permanent self-exclusion, your Account will be closed indefinitely and cannot be reopened.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. mild88 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mild88, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other economic loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mild88 holds its operating license, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms.
If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact our Customer Support team at [email protected] with full details of the issue. We will make every effort to resolve disputes amicably within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may escalate the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service or the regulatory authority under whose license mild88 operates. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
mild88 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.
